What a coincidence, I just finished polishing my tin foil hat.

The cause is more likely that Gonzo can’t keep is lunch down.

Someone please ask Gonzales whether he believes it should be a priority of the department to verify the assertions made about professional experience by potential high-level appointees. A nice follow-up might be to inquire whether lies about credentials should be grounds for immediate termination.

At the end of the day, Gonzo is an incompetent place holder for the Department and in way over his head - fro0m the start. But the real focus should be on the White House and Dick Chney and Karl Rove. (Gonzales is history and has been since early march, but drawing fire and attention from the real problems at the WH and in senior Christian Right/NeoCon placements at DOJ.)

The WH and RNC e-mails will be interesting qutie apart from the U.S Attorneys and DOJ. this is the tip of the iceberg - let's get to the rest of it.

Parrot, that’s what they call a productive cough.

Gonzales seems mellow compared to this morning, but not drunk.

Am I parsing words?
Why is that when Gonzo goes to reply he qualifies his answers with "As I recall"? Is that to give him cover in case his memory is faulty??

I al so find it dis ingenuous for any USA us fired without written and archieved documnetation as Gonzo or even Sampso has said.
If these attorneys were to use the DOJ as a reference what will the DOJ say to the prospective employer? How can anything be credible whether a good evaluation or a bad one?

Cardin (?) is disappointing. Covering old territory, there is so much new stuff that he’s wasting time.

Gonzo said the record should speak for itself, but the truth of the record is much more pursuit of Democrats under this administration than Democrats. The record speaks, but it doesn’t say what Gonzo pretends.

Gonzo gets another break, Colburn is up.

Coburn: “Was Cummings fired for poor performance?”

Gonzales: No, he wasn’t.

I wonder why Coburn wanted to clear that up? Maybe to get Cummins off their back.

Even Sen. Coburn calls for the AG to resign.

The end.

According to AGAG (under questioning by Feinstein) Sampson was in charge of firing but did not know it!

Code: small (meaning petty?)

Can someone count the times he says "In my mind"?

SC: Flower. In Gonzo's mind, a flower blooms. Across the country in USA offices, a flower wilts and dies.
