Funny, just earlier this week he was telling the local paper reporter that he was using his long time friend, the local attorney, the one he used in his MizzyGate sexual assault attorney, Don Campbell.

Now why did he go all Federal "A" List Defense Attorney on us Nevadans?

Warren Trepp is a well known character at Lake Tahoe. He used to eat at a friend's restaurant on the Lake and ask to close off a section of the restaurant so he could smoke cigars. Smoking is not allowed in CA restaurants, but he tipped so well, the waiters always accomodated his request. He liked to toss around money to get his way.

Also US Attorney office was allegedly involved in the raid on the house of Trepp's ex-partner, Dennis Montgomery, who is suing Trepp. Gibbons was a Republican Congressman just last year.

Trepp just hired big time white collar attorney, Reid H. Weingarten. Oh, oh....
